Welcome to the Andrea Adams Trust workplace bullying questionnaire. Please take
some time to complete the questionnaire, your views are important.
The Andrea Adams Trust defines workplace bullying/harassment as being the
misuse/abuse of power or position to: -

This survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Please work
through each of the questions, ticking the most appropriate response option
against each question.
